I'm Soma, currently pursuing a PhD program in Computer Science at the LANE Department of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering, West Virginia University. My current research with Dr. Donald Adjeroh focuses on developing tools and techniques for bioinformatics and biometric applications using statistical and deep learning approaches. I have worked briefly as a software developer and architect, and have industry experience building solutions in finance, logistics, education and entertainment sectors.
